The Campaign: DStv Delicious Festival
The Brand: DStv (Digital Satellite Television) is MultiChoice’s digital satellite TV service in Africa, launched in 1995, providing various bouquets offering general entertainment, movies, lifestyle & culture, sport, documentaries, news & commerce, children, music, religion and consumer channels to MultiChoice subscribers.
The Idea: DStv needed a new and exciting way to share their annual Delicious Festival with their fans who were unable to attend and create a new line of communication for those already attending the festival. Golden created photographic and written content for DStv’s Instagram Page leading up to and during the event. Golden created on-the-go high-res Instagram content of the event, as it happened when it happened.
The Results: Golden was able to create content for DStv in a way and at a level that DStv fans had never experienced before, through this Golden was able to increase DStv’s Instagram following and engagement.
